The General Paints 5600 Accelero 2K Lacquer Kit is a high-performance, conventional scratch-resistant air-dry clearcoat designed for premium finishing in high-efficiency bodyshops. It offers excellent finishing properties and is compatible with the GENERAL HS hardener family, ensuring versatility and efficiency in application.

Mixing Ratio:

• Clearcoat to Hardener: 2:1
• Thinner: 10-15% (adjust based on application conditions)

Kit Contents:

• 1 x 4.5L 5600 Clearcoat
• 1 x 2.25L Hardener

Application Instructions:

1. Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and properly prepped before application.
2. Mixing: Combine 2 parts of 5600 Clearcoat with 1 part of H500 Fast Hardener. Add 10-15% thinner as required.
3. Application:
   • Apply 1 medium coat followed by 1 full coat.
   • Allow 3-5 minutes between coats for optimal adhesion and finish.
4. Drying Times:
   • Dust-Free: 15 minutes at 25°C
   • Touch-Free: 20 minutes at 25°C
   • Sandable & Polishable: 60 minutes at 25°C
   • Dust-Free: 25 minutes at 20°C
   • Touch-Free: 45 minutes at 20°C
   • Sandable & Polishable: 90 minutes at 20°C

Important Note:

• Below 15°C: Do not air-dry. Use low bake for optimal results.
• Low Bake: 5-10 minutes at 60°C panel temperature to accelerate drying
